CONSUMER RIGHTS - CANCELLATION - REFUND POLICY


GENERAL TERMS:

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement provided to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) concerning the sale and delivery of purchased products, as well as other applicable laws in force.

Shipping costs for product deliveries are the responsibility of the buyers.

Each purchased product will be delivered to the buyer’s designated address within 30 days, unless otherwise stated. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer has the right to terminate the agreement.

The purchased product must be delivered in full and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, including all necessary documents such as warranty certificates and user manuals (if applicable).

If it becomes impossible to deliver the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days and refund the total amount within 14 days.


IF THE PRODUCT PAYMENT IS NOT MADE:

If the buyer fails to make the payment or cancels it in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product is terminated.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:

If, after product delivery, it is determined that the payment was made using a credit card fraudulently by unauthorized persons, and the bank or financial institution does not transfer the payment to the seller, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost covered by the seller.


DELAYS DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:

If unforeseen circumstances prevent the product from being delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may choose to cancel the order, replace the product with a similar one, or wait until the delivery issue is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order, a refund will be processed within 14 days for cash payments. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed within 14 days, but the bank may take 2-3 weeks to reflect the amount in the buyer’s account.


BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

The buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery and refuse any damaged or defective items (e.g., broken, torn packaging). Once the buyer accepts delivery, it is assumed that the product is in good condition. The buyer is responsible for keeping the product in good condition and unused if they wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. The invoice must also be returned along with the product.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of product delivery to the buyer or the designated recipient, without providing any justification or incurring any penalties, by notifying the seller via the contact details below.

CONDITIONS FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day withdrawal period starts from the contract signing date. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the service has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period ends.

The costs related to the withdrawal process are covered by the seller.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send a written notification via registered mail, fax, or email within 14 days. The product must remain unused and in compliance with the “Non-Returnable Products” section below.


RETURN CONDITIONS:

The seller must refund the total amount and return any legally binding documents to the buyer within 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification and must retrieve the product within 20 days.

If the product has been damaged due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer is liable for the loss in value. However, normal usage of the product within the withdrawal period is not considered a reason for a deduction.

If the return causes the total purchase amount to drop below a promotional campaign limit, the discount applied in the campaign will be revoked.


NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

- Products prepared specifically for the buyer’s request or personal needs

- Undergarments, swimwear, cosmetic products, hygiene-related items once unsealed

- Perishable goods or products with an expiration date

- Digital goods, e-books, software, or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.) once unsealed

- Services that have started with the buyer’s consent before the withdrawal period ended

Books, downloadable software, DVDs, CDs, stationery supplies (such as toner and cartridges) must be in unopened, unused, and undamaged condition to be returned.


DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

If the buyer fails to make a payment by credit card and falls into default, they acknowledge that they will pay interest according to the credit card agreement with the bank and bear legal responsibilities. The bank may take legal action and charge the buyer legal fees and attorney costs. In any case, if the buyer defaults, they agree to compensate the seller for any losses.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY:

- Payments can be made via bank transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to our TL accounts at [Bank Name].

- Online credit card payments are available, including one-time payments or installment options.

- Once the order is completed, the payment will be charged to the buyer’s credit card.
