DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges that upon confirming the order subject to the contract, they undertake the obligation to pay the order amount and any additional costs such as shipping fees and taxes and have been informed accordingly.
2. DEFINITIONS
For the implementation and interpretation of this contract, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
• MINISTER: Minister of Customs and Trade
• MINISTRY: Ministry of Customs and Trade
• LAW: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection
• REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts
• SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than the supply of goods, carried out or promised to be carried out in exchange for a fee or benefit
• SELLER: The company that offers goods to consumers within the scope of its commercial or professional activities or acts on behalf of or for the account of the supplier
• BUYER: A natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes
• SITE: The website owned by the SELLER
• ORDER PLACER: The natural or legal person requesting a good or service through the SELLER’s website
• PARTIES: SELLER and BUYER
• CONTRACT: This contract concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER
• PRODUCT: The tangible items and intangible goods such as software, audio, and video prepared for use in the digital environment that are the subject of shopping
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER’s website, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. Announced prices and promises remain valid until they are updated and changed. The temporarily announced prices are valid until the specified deadline.

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION
1. The essential characteristics of the product/service (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) are published on the SELLER’s website. If a campaign is organized by the SELLER, you can review the product’s key features during the campaign period. The campaign is valid until the specified date.
7.2. Prices
The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. These announced prices and commitments remain valid until they are updated and changed. Temporary campaign prices are valid until the specified period ends.

9. GENERAL TERMS
9.1. Information and Acceptance
The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read and understood the essential characteristics of the product, the sales price, payment method, and delivery information on the SELLER’s website and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
9.2. Delivery Time
Each product subject to the contract shall be delivered within 30 days, depending on the BUYER’s location, as specified in the pre-information section on the website.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the contract concerns the sale of goods, the BUYER may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery to themselves or a designated person/institution, without providing any reason, by notifying the SELLER.
11. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Products customized at the BUYER’s request, underwear bottom parts, makeup products, single-use items, etc., are not covered under the right of withdrawal.
12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER defaults on payments made via credit card, they acknowledge, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest as per their credit card agreement with their bank and be responsible to the bank.
13. COMPETENT COURT
For disputes arising from this contract, complaints and objections can be submitted to the consumer arbitration board or the consumer court in the location where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction is conducted.
14. EFFECTIVENESS
Upon making a payment for an order placed through the Site, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
